The mattresses were outstanding in my spouse's words and she's a hard sell!

Water pressure could have been better.

For the quality at this price, and based on its proximity to Galveston Island, (especially before off-season pricing takes effect there), this was a definite home run.

The breakfast was very good.

Our room had no drapes so the light shined in our window all night long so it was way to light and we got no sleep.

The hotel needs something on their windows to block the lights from outside.

It was in a good location near Galveston and Clear Lake.

The pool was extremely small.

The hotel was very nice, and the staff was great. Room was always very clean and picked up.

The room, the hot tub & the breakfast.

Housekeeping going thru my things, the fact that my room card worked maybe half the time.

I didn't care for the room service my last full days stay. Housekeeping came in & cleaned the room while I was on my laptop. I left shortly after housekeeping was done. Before leaving I turned everything on my comp. Off as I always do & closed the lid. Upon returning back to the room my lid was up & the internet had been pulled up. When I was walking back to the room there were 2 Hispanic housekeepers in the hallway as I approached they started talking. ...read more

Very convenient location wise and very comfortable bed!

It was undergoing remodeling at the time.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It's very convenient as far as location and it has the best pillows in the world!
